Chengdu China Shopping Jinli Street 2010
Our 2010 trip to Chengdu China was focused again on the panda and moonbear visits but there was a LOT to take in on our free evenings and a whole day of poking around town. Our guide/friend Mickal was the most incredible host, even inviting Gayle and I to his families Chinese New Year Celebration. This was the Year of the Tiger.
Mickal's driver Mr. Li and his daughter who spoke English escorted us to Bifengxia Panda Base in the nearby city of Yaan. All the panda and moonbear visits are in a separate album.
